• all digital products are provided for review for a period of 14 days , after which re-downloading in the account will be unavailable;

• Product support is not guaranteed after this period , except as described below.

2. License and keys

• When purchasing a template, specify the domain on which it will be used.

• The template is provided for one domain – one key = one site.

• The key is sent to the email address specified in the order, or to Telegram (to the number specified in the “Contacts” section).

• The key will not be issued without the specified domain.

3. Access to files

• Download is only possible within 14 days from the date of purchase .

• After the deadline, re-ordering is mandatory.

4. Disclaimer

• All products are sold "as is".

• We do not guarantee that the product will be compatible with your hosting, CMS, or other third-party modules.

• There are no warranties, compensations or refunds for damages related to the use of the products.

5. Implementation and support

• The customer is solely responsible for the implementation of the product.

• We are not responsible for conflicts with third-party modules, themes, or settings.

• Third-party solutions are not supported.

• If the "Installation by technical support specialists" service is selected, the integration is performed by our specialists, but the payment for the service is non-refundable .

6. Return conditions

Refunds are only possible in the following cases:

• The product was not delivered (you were unable to upload files to your personal account, there was a problem with the server);

• Unable to download (corrupted archive);

• Inconsistency of description (individually, only if it does not match what is stated on the website).

Claims are accepted:

• up to 14 days from the date of purchase (non-delivery);

• up to 3 days - in case of a damaged archive.

Before returning the product, the customer must sign a non-use agreement .

7. Bonuses and free services

• Bonuses are non-refundable.

• Free services have no guarantees and are non-refundable.

8. Request processing time

• Support is open from 10:00 to 18:00 (weekdays) .

• Requests for "installation by specialists" - up to 48 hours.

• Responses to return requests are within 24–48 hours .
